Service

XonaDosh is a student housing and roommate platform. We provide discovery, matching, commute estimates, chores, recipes, and grocery planning tools. We are not a landlord, realtor, or party to rental contracts.

User-generated content

You are responsible for housing listings and roommate profiles you post
Do not post illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, or unsafe content
Contact details must be accurate; spam and scams are prohibited
We may deactivate or delete UGC and accounts that violate these terms

Safety

Meet safely, verify listings independently, and use the in-app report feature for abuse. XonaDosh is not liable for disputes between users, landlords, or roommates.

Accounts

Keep credentials confidential. You may request account deletion in the app (Apple Guideline 5.1.1).
